Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
No long-term commitment is required. Our subscriptions are designed to be flexible, with options to manage, pause or cancel your future orders.
How much coffee should our office order?
As a general guide, 1kg of coffee beans makes approximately 100 coffees using a 10g dose. The actual number depends on your coffee machine and its settings.
Can I change my coffee quantity or delivery frequency?
Yes. Subscription changes can be managed through your customer account, subject to the applicable order cut-off.
What if our office closes over the holidays?
You can arrange to skip or pause upcoming orders, so you don't receive coffee while your workplace is closed.
Is delivery included?
Local delivery is available for qualifying orders. Delivery charges for other areas depend on your order size and location, and will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.
Can I purchase coffee without subscribing?
