This exceptional regional lot brings together coffees from ten smallholder producers surrounding San Antonio, Inzá, in Colombia’s Cauca region. Grown on small farms in rich volcanic soils beneath Nevado del Huila, the area’s cool nights and high rainfall produce dense beans prized for their sweetness and complexity. Working with the local Pillimué family and Pergamino, each small lot is carefully assessed, cupped and selected for its outstanding quality and distinctive expression of San Antonio’s terroir.
