Autumn has begun to settle over Melbourne.
The days grow shorter, the air turns cooler, and the colours around us slowly shift from lush green to warm amber. Inspired by this seasonal transition, we’ve created our autumnal interpretation of Placebo — our award-winning espresso blend.
This seasonal version leans toward richer, more comforting flavours. You might notice notes of raspberry, milk chocolate, caramel and a silky finish, with a slightly more developed roast that brings warmth and depth to the cup while keeping a gentle fruit brightness.
Autumn ’26 shines in milk-based espresso drinks, where its chocolate and caramel richness and gentle berry sweetness become especially comforting.
We particularly enjoy it as a latte, or a flat white for a more punchy expression.
