Sourced from Idido Washing Station in Yirgacheffe, this coffee brings together cherries from over 1,200 smallholder farmers across nearby villages. As part of the exclusive Malebo Project, only Grade 1 beans were selected and carefully washed—making it the station’s sole washed lot of the season. The coffee was meticulously hand-sorted over an 18-day drying period, then rested to achieve optimal balance and clarity in the cup.
